We're proud of how far we've come, and a career with us also gives you growth opportunities.Responsibilities:Provide nutritional support and counseling to our patients with diverse health and wellness needs.Coaching through our telehealth format through phone calls and secure messaging with members.Document and communicate nutritional care plans in accordance with established standards of practice.Collaborate with team members to provide patient-centered care.Participate in monthly Case Reviews with fellow RD's to contribute the success of the teamGet licensed and credentialed to meet the requirements of our clientsMinimum Qualifications:3 to 10+ years of experience as a Board Certified DietitianActive RDN status in accordance with CDR and state licensure criteria, and the ability to apply for a license(s) in multiple states.Comfortable working with members presenting with multiple clinical conditions (CKD, Diabetes, Hypertension, Anemia, NAFLD, etc)Strong clinical and counseling skills using an evidence based approachExtensive knowledge and experience in nutrition counseling approaches and modalities (i.e. motivational interviewing), intuitive eating, and MNTSelf-starter and can manage in a fast-paced tech environment.Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proactive problem-solving skills andBuild rapport, credibility, and engagement with members over the phone with exceptional communications skillsAttention to accuracy and detail.Constantly up to date with current nutrition research and industry developments.Previous technology work experience not required; however, must be comfortable using and applying technology to nutrition practice and objectives.Contribute in a group setting as well as give and receive feedback.NationsBenefits is an equal opportunity employer.
