Senior Software Engineer

Overview As a Senior Software Engineer on the Lead Nurturing & Engagement team, you build systems powering automated re-engagement, unclaimed lead handling, and lead readiness scoring to accelerate conversions. You’ll own the pre-CRM nurturing pipeline and AWS Connect-based concierge experiences, shaping how leads become qualified for agent assignment. This role is high-leverage within a scalable, decoupled engineering culture, where your work directly impacts revenue through more closed transactions.
