This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on ministry experience, develop leadership skills, and foster personal growth, all while supporting our students as they work toward recovery.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily support and mentorship to current ATC studentsOversee program work detailsAssist staff with program activities and eventsHelp facilitate group sessions and devotionals as neededMaintain a safe, positive, and Christ-centered living environmentSupport administrative tasks and facility upkeepModel healthy boundaries, accountability, and positive decision-makingAct as a role model for spiritual growth and personal developmentQualificationsSuccessful completion of the Adult & Teen Challenge program or Christian background that supports qualification to serve in hands-on ministry internship.Strong commitment to Biblical Christianity, preferably amiable to Assemblies of God.Desire to serve others.Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Willingness to live on-site and adhere to internship guidelines.Driver's License is preferred.Individuals will receive valuable hands-on ministry and leadership experience. Interns will benefit from our emerging leaders program combined with mentoring by ATC senior leadership, creating meaningful opportunities for both personal and spiritual growth.
