Interim Power BI Analyst

Interim Power BI AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Power BI Analyst to provide interim support during a 3-4 month period. This individual will partner closely with internal business and technology stakeholders to develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reporting solutions supporting operational, ERP, ESG, and maintenance-related data initiatives. This position is remote in the US. The ideal candidate is a hands-on Power BI professional who can quickly ramp up in a fast-paced environment, work independently with minimal oversight, and deliver production-grade dashboards, reporting, and data models. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reportsBuild and support semantic data models and reporting solutionsUtilize Power Query (M), DAX, and SQL to transform and analyze dataSupport ERP and operational reporting initiatives across the businessGather and interpret user requirements and translate them into reporting solutionsModify and optimize existing dashboards, visualizations, and KPI reportingPerform data validation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activitiesCollaborate with business stakeholders and IT resources to improve reporting capabilitiesDevelop production-grade analytics solutions with scalability and performance in mindSupport ongoing enhancements and reporting requests in a rapidly evolving environmentRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred5-10 years of experience in Power BI development and business intelligence reportingAdvanced proficiency with: Power BIDAX (Data Analysis Expressions)Power Query (M)SQL / T-SQLExperience building and maintaining semantic models and enterprise reporting solutionsStrong understanding of relational databases, ERP data structures, and data modeling conceptsExperience working with large operational datasetsAbility to independently manage priorities and work with ambiguous business requirementsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
