Customer Success Agent

Heirloom Cloud Corporation seeks Customer Success Agents (CSA) to engage with inbound leads and existing customers. CSAs are given the resources to obsess over guiding these people, both virtually & in person. They identify needs, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize the entire Heirloom experience. CSAs provide timely responses to telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Successful candidates are competent, conversational, and compassionate to serve others.ResponsibilitiesNavigate HubSpot for timely Customer Relationship Management (CRM)Process in person Point of Sale (POS) and internet orders in ShopifyGuide contacts on a buyer’s journey, as the hero to their friends and familyListen empathetically to the contact’s problems and suggest Heirloom solutionsCommunicate with contacts to elevate their status from Leads to EvangelistsAdvise Heirloom leadership on trends, special inquiries, and potential new productsSkillsProven 2+ years experience in sales or customer serviceProven 1+ years experience in CRM (or comparable digital system)Knowledge of Google Workplace; familiarity with HubSpot or Shopify a plusStrong communication skills; Spanish or French language a plusExcellent empathy and listening skills a priorityGood organizational and learning skills requiredAssertiveness and confidence necessary for successHigh school diploma or GED; BS/BA in business a plusDetailsOpportunity for hybrid (in person & remote) work.Contract, intern, part-time, full-time, and equity positions considered.Compensation starts at $15.00/hour.
