The Service BDC Representative assists customers with service appointment scheduling, updates on vehicle status, and retention efforts. This role requires outstanding phone skills, strong attention to detail, and reliable attendance.Responsibilities Follow scripts and communication guidelines for all inbound and outbound callsAnswer all calls promptly, courteously, and professionallyBecome proficient with BDC CRM systems; ensure all information is accurateMaintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance goalsMake outbound calls including no-shows, confirmations, marketing follow-ups, declined services, and assigned tasksSchedule service appointments accurately and evenly based on shop capacityPerform additional duties as assignedMaintain professionalism and a positive attitude at all timesRequirements Dealership experience is a plus; customer service experience is a priorityMust be flexible and available for mandatory SaturdaysStrong attention to detail and follow-up abilitiesPositive, dependable, and hardworking personalityStrong computer and multitasking skillsAbility to work well within a teamBenefits Medical, dental, and vision insuranceVacation/holiday pay (when eligible)Opportunities for advancementPaid training5-day work week with mandatory SaturdaysAbout the Company Advantage Auto Group is committed to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment.
