Here, you’ll be empowered to perform, grow, and engage through unmatched opportunities to develop your skills, gain real-world experience, and learn from the best in the business.DescriptionYour Role:The Merchandising Coordinator is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized individual who executes the strategy of the 3rd Party & AdoreMe merchandise assortment by accurately updating/maintaining systems and supporting the digital asset management process.Supports Merchandising category by being the subject matter expert in areas including but not limited to: system utilization, data entry, and sample management.Your ImpactManage intake process for all VS & Pink 3rd party wholesale brands and AdoreMe to facilitate process of getting products on vs.comManage pre-season MAT tool needs, including assortment carryover and weekly clean-upsCross check/validate Intake Forms with MAT Tool inputs to ensure 100% system accuracyCreate and maintain assortment visual sheets for Merchandising team to have a consistently accurate view of the assortment; will help to inform assortment decisions when samples are not readily availableActively partner with Digital team to facilitate image deliverables to support PDP site experiencePeriodically check website to ensure newness has gone on the site with accurate copy and description detailsFacilitate 3rd party sample requests, delivery, and distribution, when applicableAssist in key meeting prep by ad hoc requests i.e. market prep or post-market assortingEstablish and maintain strong relationships/partnerships through accuracy and clarity of communicationSupport Merchants in any other ad-hoc day-to-day tasksEstablish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners through effective communicationClick here for benefit details related to this position.Minimum Salary: $24.15Maximum Salary: $31.71VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.QualificationsYour Experience:High school diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred, with focus in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or relevant area2+ years of experience in retail stores or clerical workSystems savvy—proficient in Microsoft Suite, SAP and FlexExceptional communication, prioritization, collaboration and problem-solving skillsHighly organized, resourceful and detail orientedMust be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrates open mindedness and free thinking when problem solvingHighly motivated and passionateWe will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
