Job descriptioniTalent Digital is seeking a Communications Specialist to join our Technology Practice Group. This is a remote role (work from home!). This is an exciting role for the right individual to continue to cultivate your skills and domain expertise.The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of marquee Fortune 500 accounts. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in marketing and communications, strong writing and editing, and key project and program management skillset to keep project on time and within budget. This role requires excellent interpersonal communication abilities and a proactive approach to managing multiple projects. Change management skills are a plus.Length: 9+ MoResponsibilities:Content Creation: Create, edit, and drive internal communications, including presentation content, internal newsletters, FAQs, program and risk mitigation changes, and adoption.Digital Communication: Develop and manage engaging content for digital platforms, including intranet sites, and awareness and education campaigns.Research and Analysis: Conduct research to support communication plans and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts through analytics and feedback.Stakeholder Impact Assessment Development: Support identifying audience needs using impact assessment templates, personal interviews, information gathering and/or user experience or journey mapping. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, ensure message consistency, and support various communication needs.Project/Program Management: Coordinate and manage communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.Required qualifications and skills• Experience: 7+ years of experience in communications, cross-functional engagements, and/or a related field.• Writing and Editing: Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.• Digital Communication: Proficiency in using digital communication tools and platforms, including social media, and email marketing software.• Interpersonal Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.• Project/Program Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Preferred qualifications and skills• Change Management procedures and process awareness and understanding.• SharePoint, Eloqua, Trello, and/or Microsoft Forms or Qualtrics platform knowledge.• Cybersecurity awareness and education skills.• Design and Video production know a plus.EducationBachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Company descriptionAbout iTalent Digital:​ ​ We are part of a new generation of consulting and software development company that blends diversity, innovation, and integrity with real business results.
