divh2Shipping and Receiving Clerk with PLEX Experience/h2pOur client in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Receiving Clerk with experience using the PLEX Manufacturing System. This role is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are handled efficiently to support production operations./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliReceive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders/liliAccurately enter receipts, shipments, and inventory transactions into PLEX system/liliPrepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation/liliCoordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow/liliPerform cycle counts and assist with inventory control and audits/liliOperate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (if applicable)/liliMaintain organized shipping/receiving areas and ensure materials are stored properly/liliIdentify and report damaged or incorrect shipments/liliFollow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines/li/ulh3Qualifications:/h3ulliPrevious experience in Shipping Receiving, Warehouse, or Logistics required/liliHands-on experience with PLEX Manufacturing System (ERP) required/liliStrong computer skills and data entry accuracy/liliAbility to read shipping documents, packing slips, and bills of lading/liliExperience with inventory control and cycle counting/liliForklift experience preferred (certification a plus)/liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment/liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills/li/ulh3Preferred Skills:/h3ulliExperience in automotive or manufacturing environments/liliKnowledge of lean manufacturing and inventory processes/liliStrong communication and teamwork abilities/li/ulh3Work Environment:/h3ulliWarehouse and manufacturing setting/liliExposure to varying temperatures and moderate noise levels/liliRequired use of PPE as needed/li/ulpPay: $22.00-$24.00 a hour Shift: 1st shift/p/div
