Contract Insurance Specialist Location: Phoenix, AZ, 85007 (Hybrid) 2 Years This position will work closely with the Contract Management Specialists (CMS) that are assigned to the various QV. Must communicate their progress with the QV to the assigned CMS. This position must track the status of each QV they are working with. This position is responsible only for the insurance component of the Qualified Vendor Agreement. This position is also responsible for the data entry and data management of the soon to be implemented computer software system, myCOI, that will request, collect, and review insurance documents This position will assist DDD with the transition to myCOI by entering each QV (approximately 1,020) into myCOI and their required insurance types. This is not a permanent position on the team. This temporary position has been created to assist the CMS with expired and expiring insurance and the implementation and data management of myCOI. Computer skills, Google suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Meets, and Chat), exceptional written and verbal communication, well-developed organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, teamwork, interpersonal skills, self-management, and problem solving. Ability to multitask, project management, compliance, and understanding of insurance terms and purposes. Customer Service, Google suite, data entry, information tracking, professional communication via email, and teamwork. myCOI, contract compliance, commercial insurance, and executive assistance. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 yrs. work experience in human services, public administration, legal research, or related field w/an emphasis on contracting for human services. Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & experience w/databases is highly desirable. Full proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) & experience w/databases is highly desirable. Experience in contracting concepts is preferred as well as project management, research, and analysis.
