Role Overview: The Integration Manager / Solution Architect is a senior-level position responsible for leading enterprise application integration and data management initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate integration efforts across multiple platforms and vendors.Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external providers.Provide architecture guidance for integration and data management projects.Drive strategy for integrating SAP ERP with systems like Salesforce and other enterprise applications.Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and data flow design.Oversee data governance, mapping, transformation, and best practices in data integration.Ensure successful execution within complex program environments.Offer leadership and advisory support, maintaining a hands-on technical role when needed.Report to program leadership and stakeholders.Qualifications & SkillsSenior experience leading enterprise integrations and data management projects.Hands-on expertise with system integrations, especially SAP ERP and Salesforce.Effective communication with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Strong leadership and coordination capabilities in large-scale programs.Ability to operate in both strategic and technical capacities.Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry preferred.
