You'll coordinate all aspects of project delivery-from preconstruction and permitting through to punch list and closeout-while ensuring quality, safety, and profitability. With a strong backlog of work and a reputation for integrity, Malco offers a stable, supportive environment where top talent can thrive and grow their careers.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & ExecutionLead all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeoutManage and coordinate consultants, design professionals, and subcontractorsOversee procurement, buyout, and project cost controlCreate and maintain project schedules and work plansEnsure compliance with all construction documents, codes, and client expectationsDesign-Build CoordinationCollaborate closely with architects and engineers to align design with budget and constructabilityLead early-phase planning and preconstruction activitiesAssist in permitting and coordination with municipalities and authorities having jurisdictionCommunication & Client RelationsServe as the primary point of contact for owners, consultants, and subcontractorsLead OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) meetings and coordinate team communicationProactively address project challenges and implement timely solutionsFinancial OversightTrack project budgets and issue change orders as neededEnsure timely billing and review subcontractor invoicingMonitor financial KPIs and report project performance QualificationsExperience: 5+ years as a Commercial Project Manager, preferably with design-build deliveryProject History: Successful management of commercial projects in the $1M-$3M rangeTechnical Proficiency: Skilled in construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)Knowledge: Strong grasp of construction methods, budgeting, and schedulingEducation: Bachelor's degree in construction management or equivalent experience preferredRequirements: Valid driver's license; ability to travel to project sites across Georgia Compensation & BenefitsFinancial RewardsBase Salary: $95,000-$130,000 per year (commensurate with experience)Annual Performance BonusProject Completion Incentives (per eligible project)Tools & PerksVehicle Allowance or Company TruckPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysProfessional Development SupportOpportunities for Growth and Advancement Work ScheduleFull-Time - Monday to FridayFlexibility required based on project deadlines and jobsite needs Work LocationGeorgia-Based Projects - Primarily in Metro Atlanta and surrounding areasTravel to job sites within the state as neededEqual Employment OpportunityWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
