They are expected to take ownership of major cloud-based projects and guide others in the team.Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Architects on the private and public cloud designs to ensure they are scalable, secure, and cost-efficientLead the diagnosis and resolution of complex private and public cloud issues, including networking, security, storage and performance concernsServe as a technical mentor to Cloud Services Engineers and Administrators, providing guidance on best practices and technical problem solvingCollaborate with Project Services during customer onboarding to ensure a positive customer experienceUse approved policy and process guidance to provide standardized customer deploymentsPerform or direct Cloud Services maintenance as requiredRecommend changes to Cloud Services infrastructure policy and guidanceRecommend changes to the configuration and optimization of customer environmentsCreate and use automated processes to ensure standardized customer deploymentsProvide technical communications and documentation related to Cloud Services configuration and changesJob QualificationsEducation/Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent relevant experienceOne or more relevant cloud platform certificationsVMWare Certified Professional – Data Center VirtualizationAzure Administrator Associate CertificationNutanix Certified ProfessionalCurrent CCNA certification, or comparable enterprise network platform certificationExperience Requirements5+ years hands-on experience managing private cloud environmentsExperience designing, deploying, maintaining private cloud infrastructure at scale5+ years practical experience with Cisco, or comparable enterprise network solutions5+ years’ experience with VMWare vSphere or comparable platforms5+ years’ experience with SAN, NAS, or object storageFamiliarity with public cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or equivalent platformExperience with Storage VirtualizationPractical PowerShell scripting experienceAt Integris, we value our team members and offer comprehensive benefits, including:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401K Retirement Plan Minimum 4 Weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) Birthday PTO Paid Holidays Paid Time Off for Volunteering Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Supplemental Insurance Employee Assistance Program Join us in transforming IT services for small and midsize businesses across regulated industries.
