You will lead revenue strategy for an omnichannel digital product selling into pharma, with an emphasis on building relationships, closing new logos, and expanding within established industry networks. This is not a traditional pharma rep role—you are a business strategist and closer who can navigate complex sales cycles and drive meaningful revenue impact from day one.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute new business development strategy, targeting new logos and expanding pipelineLeverage existing pharma industry relationships and network to identify and close high-value opportunitiesOwn complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial outreach through contract signatureBuild and refine go-to-market strategy for an omnichannel digital product and subscription-based publishing modelCollaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations to ensure customer success and retentionWho We Are Looking For10+ years of B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success closing large deals ($100k+) in healthcare, pharma, or related industriesEstablished relationships and credibility within pharma or healthcare organizationsStrategic thinker who can build business development strategy, not just execute against itComfortable working hands-on and wearing multiple hats in a small, fast-moving teamConfident in your ability to independently own territory, identify opportunities, and close businessExperience with SaaS, digital products, or subscription models a plusWhat We OfferBase Salary: $200,000 – $230,000Commission plan with ability to be highly profitable and reward top performanceBacked by experienced leadership and stable fundingOpportunity to build sales strategy from the ground up in a high-growth environmentRemote-friendly with flexibility (EST timezone preferred)
