Key Responsibilities of the Interim Controller/ NetSuite Consultant:Unwind activity currently recorded in one subsidiary and properly allocate to two separate entitiesDesign and execute a strategy to separate transactions across subsidiaries within NetSuite constraintsAddress intercompany accounting implications and ensure proper eliminations and balancesNavigate system limitations, including subsidiary restrictions and bank account constraintsFrame and implement a structured cleanup approachOversee or directly execute necessary transaction adjustments and reconciliationsEnsure financial reporting is clean, accurate, and audit-readyPartner directly with auditors and support field audit requestsMaintain strong internal controls and audit integrity throughout the processQualifications:Extensive NetSuite experience (required)Strong multi-entity and intercompany accounting expertiseController-level background or equivalent leadership experienceDeep understanding of financial reporting and GAAPPrior audit-facing experienceAbility to work independently and move quickly under tight deadlinesStrategic thinker who can design structure while executing tacticallyEB-1855537817
