Ciphertext Solutions empowers financial institutions to bridge the gap between legacy systems and modern digital experiences, driving growth and innovation in the fintech space.Job Summary Ciphertext Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Developer with Java (Spring Boot) and React expertise to develop and maintain our secure financial services platform. You will collaborate with product, DevOps, and data teams to enhance performance, scalability, and security while working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities· Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance, and scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.· Build and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.· Develop front-end interfaces with a focus on usability, performance, and accessibility.· Work closely with DevOps teams to containerize applications (Docker, Kubernetes) and deploy on GCP or other cloud providers.· Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure coding practices.· Optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL databases.· Integrate with third-party APIs, particularly in the fintech, payments, and banking domains.· Support data teams to enhance data ingestion, transformation, and analytics capabilities.· Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to address customer issues and suggest product improvements.· Assist in developing and refining development processes and best practices.· Stay current with emerging technologies, advocating for tools and practices that enhance development efficiency.Required Qualifications· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.· Experience working in fintech, payments, or banking, particularly with core banking integrations.· Understanding of security best practices, PCI-DSS compliance, and secure software development.· Proficiency in front-end development with React, TypeScript, Redux, or similar frameworks.· Solid experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and working with JSON/XML payloads.· Strong database knowledge with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar relational databases.· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (JUnit, Cypress, Jest), and Git workflows.· Familiarity with agile development practices and working in cross-functional teams.· Strong analytical skills, a growth mindset, and a continuous improvement ethos.Why Join Us?· Competitive compensation, including performance incentives and a flexible work environment.· Work on cutting-edge fintech solutions, solving real-world banking and payments challenges.· Opportunity to work on secure, scalable, cloud-native architectures and modern tech stacks.· Work with a talented, supportive team driven by a shared commitment to excellence.· Strong engineering culture focused on code quality, automation, and continuous learning.
