Front Desk Associate

Collage Dance Collective, a non-profit, professional ballet company and conservatory is seeking a part-time Front Desk Associate to provide front desk and general administrative support. A successful candidate will be a strong systems-thinker who approaches their work with efficiency, attention to detail, and hospitality. The Front Desk Associate serves as the first point of contact for our parents and students, monitors inventory systems, responds to incoming calls and triages customer inquiries.The Front Desk Associate will be responsible for the following essential functions: Responsibilities:Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for all parents, clients, and studentsManage check in process for appointments, classes and assessmentsPerform data entry of new client profiles and update existing ones in studio management softwareMaintain accurate inventory recordsMaintain, clean and organize the lobby, studio equipment and studios as neededAnswer incoming calls and collect messages for administrative and executive staffProvide parents with accurate and up-to-date account balances, receipts, and other account related paperworkProcess payments for tuition, fees and ticket salesEnforce studio etiquette for our studentsUnderstand and communicate with prospective families Collage’s different conservatory programsAssist with email marketing and client relationship management projectsOther reasonable duties as assigned by managementPreferred SkillsExhibit strong professional work ethic, professional demeanor/behaviorExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and ability to prioritize work flow according to immediate demands in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independentlyExperience in customer serviceWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive suitesExperience working with childrenUnderstanding of ballet studio environment, a major plusSuperior attention to detail and accuracyA high degree of integrity handling confidential and sensitive informationInterested candidates should submit a current resume and cover letter to hr@collagedance.org
