The network leverages the composability of public blockchains to unlock capabilities with other DeFi protocols (Uniswap, Aave, Compound) across multiple chains (Polygon, Optimism, Arbitrum) such as lending, yield farming, and more. We also build TokenSets, a gateway to access and utilize products created using Set Protocol.We’re a remote-first company with core contributors in five countries embracing the challenges with the future of work. We collaborate through modern tooling such as Figma, Github, Google Meet, Slack, Airtable and stay aligned through weekly sprints, standups, and all hands.We aim to empower every individual on the team with full transparency, ownership, autonomy, and clear objectives.Your roleAs our new Content and Community Lead you will join a highly technical team of 20 that puts the needs of our users first. Through your work you will significantly influence the adoption of the next wave of web3, decentralized applications to come.ResponsibilitiesThe main responsibilities of the Content and Community Lead will be to execute high impact content and communication campaigns to increase awareness and activation efforts and support our existing and future community of asset managers and investors to ensure the highest customer success.The detailed tasks that are expected to be executed are the following:Content and Social Media ManagementMulti-Channel Campaign Planning: Identify and define the best social media and content channels to execute marketing and communication campaigns based on Set ideal customer profileContent and Marketing Distribution: Own and develop marketing processes including content production, messaging calendars and brand/product positioning, ensuring Set is appropriately and effectively across all platforms while engaging with followersContent Creation: Create Set social media content based on strategic messaging, collaborating with design teamMarketing Analytics: Set, track, analyze and report on key marketing KPIs, driving insights for Set leadership to optimize its marketing endeavorsGrowth Experiments: Ideate, develop and execute innovative growth experiments to increase acquisition and retention of Set asset managers and investorsCommunity Support and ManagementProcess Management: Maintain Set’s customer and community support strategy and process, with support from the BD leadSupport and Routing: Act as first line to handle community/customer support outside scope of community moderators, owning the of routing incoming requests to appropriate Set stakeholders (BD, engineering, product)Documentation Improvements: Constantly update and improve Set technical and user documentation based on feedback from users and new internal developmentsModerator Management: Oversee moderators from Set’s community Discord to ensure proper moderationRequirementsGood understanding of blockchain technologies, the cryptocurrency market, exchanges, wallets and crypto nativesExperience in content creation, management and community developmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to easily establish a dialogueWorks effectively in a remote setting and is within 3 hours of Pacific Time (PT)BenefitsWe believe people do their best work when they are healthy and happy.
