Projects range from complex multi-million-dollar commercial losses to high-touch residential restoration assignments.The organization is known for responsiveness, craftsmanship, and a commitment to restoring what matters most.About the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Construction Project Manager with proven experience in restoration, remediation, and reconstruction. This opportunity is ideal for a field-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings strong operational discipline, urgency, and relationship management skills to every project.This is not a new construction role. Projects are driven by fire, water, mold, storm, and environmental losses, requiring someone who can adapt quickly, solve problems in real time, and lead confidently in the field.You will oversee projects from start to finish while serving as the primary point of contact for clients, insurance partners, subcontractors, and internal leadership.ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of commercial and residential reconstruction projects from authorization through closeoutCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, trades, and internal field teams across multiple active jobsReview scopes, estimates, and Xactimate line items for accuracy, completeness, and profitabilityEnsure jobsite documentation, safety compliance, permitting, and inspections are completed properlyServe as the main liaison for property owners, facility managers, insurance carriers, TPAs, and adjustersManage scope changes, supplements, and change orders while protecting project marginsProvide forecasting, reporting, and performance updates to leadershipDeliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat business and long-term relationshipsMentor junior project managers and field personnel as neededQualificationsHands-on project management experience in restoration, remediation, and reconstructionStrong commercial and residential project experience preferredAbility to manage 10 to 30 active projects in a dynamic, field-based environmentProficiency with Xactimate or similar estimating / project management softwareWorking knowledge of building codes, permitting, inspections, and subcontractor managementExperience working with insurance carriers, TPAs, and adjustersContractor’s License, IICRC certifications, OSHA 10 or 30, and Mold / EPA certifications preferredStrong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills with a client-first mindsetCompensation & ToolsCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commissionCompany vehicle, fuel card, and toll tagMedical, dental, and vision insurance options401(k) planEqual Opportunity StatementEqual Opportunity Employer.
