Senior Sales Executive
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to generate new business and close new business within the healthcare sector. This role is purely sales-focused and is responsible for prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing new accounts.The Sales Executive will act as a trusted advisor during the sales process, helping prospective clients understand how our solutions support their operational and growth goals. Once a deal is closed, accounts are transitioned to a dedicated post-sale team for onboarding and ongoing account management.You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to ensure a smooth hand-off and consistent messaging, while remaining focused on pipeline growth and revenue generation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and engage potential clients in the healthcare and small business sectors through outbound and inbound efforts.Sales PresentationsEffectively communicate the value of our services through presentations, virtual meetings, and proposals.Contract Negotiation & ClosingNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.Pipeline ManagementMaintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline.Log all sales activities, communications, and deal updates in the CRM.Goal AchievementMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Conference & Event ParticipationRepresent the company at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads, build relationships, and gather market insights.Internal CollaborationWork cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to support sales initiatives and ensure smooth client hand-offs post-sale.Qualifications2+ years of consultative B2B Sales experienceStrong relationship-building and communication skillsExcellent negotiation and closing abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailBachelor’s degree preferredAbility to work collaboratively with internal teams to drive resultsComfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environmentBenefitsCompetitive hourly base payHigh, uncapped commission structureProfessional development and growth opportunitiesHealth benefitsTravel opportunities for conferences and eventsOpportunity to grow within a dynamic and rapidly expanding company
