Softgood Engineering Program Manager

Job TitleLead end-to-end prototype development projects from concept to validation. Manage schedules, build plans, BOMs, deliverables, and milestones. Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, testing, vendors, and manufacturing. Drive material procurement, supplier engagement, and lead-time tracking. Manage quotations, purchase orders, prototype logistics, and shipments. Track risks, issues, action items, and ensure timely closure. Facilitate technical reviews, build readiness, and executive reporting.
