Knowledge Management Analyst
Insight Global is looking for a Knowledge Management Analyst to join one of our customers in Richmond VA. The Knowledge Management Analyst is responsible for overseeing the quality, accuracy, and usability of technical documentation within the ServiceNow Knowledge Base. This role partners closely with analysts, subject matter experts (SMEs), and technical teams to audit, refine, and maintain knowledge content—ensuring it meets established standards and is accessible to both technical and non‑technical audiences.This position is not a primary technical writing role. Instead, it focuses on documentation governance, content auditing, and continuous improvement, with light technical writing and strong collaboration across IT and business teams.Requirements:Familiar with ServiceNow Knowledge BaseExperience with technical documentation auditing & quality assuranceAbility to translate technical‑to‑nontechnical languageAbility to form partnerships with SME's, application owners, and technical writers Vulnerability management understanding in order to interpret remediation documentationCompensation:$65-70/hr Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
