Capital Lighting is seeking a motivated, dependable, and high-energy individual to join our warehouse team at our Polaris Parkway location.Location: Capital Lighting - Polaris ParkwayStarting Pay: $21.50/hourSchedule: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PMEssential Duties & ResponsibilitiesReceive and process incoming shipmentsPick, pack, and fill customer orders accurately and efficientlyOrganize and prepare inventory for scheduled deliveriesMaintain accurate inventory tracking throughout warehouse operationsInspect products for damages or defects and document discrepanciesOperate warehouse equipment including stock pickers, pallet jacks, and hand trucksAssist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentPerform routine light cleaning duties throughout the warehouse and common areasFollow all company safety procedures and applicable regulations RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious warehouse experience preferredFamiliarity with hand trucks, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment is preferred, but training will be providedAbility to lift, move, and organize inventory safelyStrong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and willingness to adapt to changing daily tasks Benefits & PerksCompetitive PayMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffEmployee Discount If you're looking to join a hardworking team in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply today!
