You have the opportunity to bring positivity, charm and an exceptional experience to each customer every time they walk through our doors. From greeting guests with genuine passion, to teaching customers about our vibrant food menu options and customizing their meals to their personal preferences, our team members do it all.What You'll DoEnthusiastically educate guests about our menu and assemble orders as requestedKeep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organizedFollow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistencyAdhere to safety and sanitation proceduresRestock stations and keep them clean and organizedEnsure the overall cleanliness of the restaurantDeliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each of our guestsPut deliveries away, plus any additional duties assignedAbility to cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growthMay stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsAssist with any additional duties assignedPhysical Requirements:Must be able to bend and reach overhead oftenMust possess dexterity to handle tongs, pots/pans, and other equipmentMust be comfortable working in temperatures ranging from hot to coldMust be comfortable working near open flamesMay be required to work in tight spacesMust maintain near constant communication with multiple peopleClose vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision is requiredMust be able to sit, squat and kneel occasionallyMust be able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe mannerMay be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditionsBenefits at CAVA?We've got you covered.
