Shop Worker Join our dynamic team at AMD Converting & Label in Waukesha, WI, as a Shop Worker specializing in Flexo Pressman, Router Operation, and Finishing Inspection. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills will contribute to creating high-quality signage and graphics.Responsibilities:Operate and maintain flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality prints.Set up and operate CNC routers for precise cutting and shaping of materials.Perform finishing tasks including laminating, cutting, and assembling signage products.Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met.Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines efficiently.Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Adhere to safety protocols and best practices in the workplace.Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in printing or manufacturing is a plus.Previous experience operating flexo presses and CNC routers preferred.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.Basic computer skills for job tracking and reporting.Physical ability to lift materials and operate machinery safely.About Us:AMD Converting & Label has been serving the Waukesha community for years, providing top-notch solutions that help businesses stand out.
