Candidates do not need to reside in the Pacific Time Zone but must be available to work these hours.Salary Range: $55,000–$60,000 annually.Location: This is a remote position.ResponsibilitiesConduct First Day Workshops as necessary for new studentsClosely monitor new students for appropriate activity in online and blended coursesAssist students in developing educational plans and strategies to improve student successMonitor individual student progress by utilizing tracking and reporting systemsActively prepare for and participate in campus meetings addressing student successProvide students with troubleshooting support for Canvas, third‐party tools, and/or other academic challengesAssist instructors with troubleshooting and training for both Canvas and third‐party teaching toolsProvide training and coaching to instructors to develop efficient and engaging online teaching methods, tools, and strategiesAssist the Campus Support Center and the Academic Dean with the course review process to evaluate instructor activity and effectivenessCollaborate closely with Student Affairs and other departments to identify and recommend appropriate services designed to address student needsCompile information on program services, activities, and students.
