Annual Budgeted Amount: $87,289.53Job DescriptionNature of Work:Under the supervision of the appropriate Program Supervisor, this is the professional health services (school nurse) component of the pupil services team. Functions asliaison between the Anne Arundel County Department of Health, Anne Arundel County Public Schools, one or more designated schools, the student and his/her family, and the student's health care provider. Provides appropriate health services, supervision of delegated nursing tasks, counseling and resource referral to students, parents and staff at assigned schools during the school year.EducationMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.ExperienceTwo years as a registered nurseLicense Or CertificationMust possess a current license as a Registered Nurse from the Maryland Board of Nursing.
