About the Role We’re looking for board-certified Nurse Practitioners to help provide full-time comprehensive, empathetic, and collaborative care to women, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of chronic hormonal and metabolic conditions.
Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans via video visits.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver the highest standards of care.
Complete training and adhere to company policies and best practices.
Promote preventative care and overall well-being through education and evidence-based strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Provide full-time patient care through consultations, including the prescription of medications when appropriate and the delivery of comprehensive medical guidance. Responsibilities also include charting, addressing patient inquiries, and responding to administrative tasks and messages in a timely manner.
Who You Are / Required Qualifications Required Certification: Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years of consecutive experience as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in women's health and treating chronic conditions such as PCOS, Endometriosis, Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto’s, Metabolic Syndrome, Perimenopause/Menopause, Fertility, Obesity, and other hormonally related conditions.
Independence: Ability to operate effectively as an independent provider with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication with a focus on clarity and compassion.
Webside Manner: Strong ability to connect with patients virtually and provide empathetic care.
Commitment to Evidence-Based Care: Dedication to delivering treatments grounded in the latest research.
Technical Proficiency: High level of proficiency and efficiency with technology (EMR, text expanders, Gmail/Google Suite, Zoom, etc.).
Telemedicine: Experience is a plus.
Location: Must reside in the United States.
State Licensing Requirements: An active state license in two of the following states: CA (autonomous preferred), TX, IL (autonomous preferred), MA (autonomous preferred), MI (autonomous preferred), PA, NJ, or CT (autonomous preferred).

What Allara Offers Annual base salary range: $120,000 – $130,000, and can increase up to $172,500 - $182,500 through our incentive compensation program. Final base salary & incentive range is commensurate with years of relevant experience.
