Assembler Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling components and products according to specifications, ensuring quality standards are met. The position offers opportunities to work on both first and swing shifts, providing flexibility for candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on precision, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assemble parts and components accurately following detailed work instructions and diagrams Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to complete tasks efficiently Inspect assembled products for quality, defects, or inconsistencies Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity Follow safety protocols and company policies at all times Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines Report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly Skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, or work instructions Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Basic understanding of safety procedures in a manufacturing environment Flexibility to work during 1st or swing shifts as required Prior experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred but not mandatory Join our team as an Assembler if you are committed to quality workmanship and eager to contribute to a dynamic production environment.
