Operations Supervisor
Carolina PRG has partnered with a growing and highly respected organization seeking an Administrative Operations Manager to support and oversee multi-office administrative operations. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a hands-on operations professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys improving processes, developing teams, and creating operational efficiencies. This role will partner closely with regional leadership and oversee critical back-office functions supporting sales and service operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, operationally minded, and comfortable leading both people and processes across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily administrative and operational support functions across multiple offices • Manage and mentor administrative staff and office leadership teams • Support functions including customer service, sales order entry, contracts, billing, invoicing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, auditing, and scheduling • Drive process improvement initiatives to improve workflow efficiency, consistency, and overall operational performance • Develop and maintain reporting tools and operational metrics to support business decision-making • Partner with leadership teams to improve communication, accountability, and operational execution • Ensure compliance with company procedures, internal controls, and operational standards • Assist with ERP-related processes and system improvements • Travel to regional offices as needed to support operations and team development Qualifications: • 5+ years of administrative operations or office management leadership experience • Experience managing administrative teams, supervisors, or multi-site operations • Strong background supporting back-office operational functions including billing, invoicing, customer service, contracts, A/P, A/R, and reporting • Experience with ERP and CRM systems strongly preferred • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required • Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a high sense of urgency • Bachelor's degree preferred Additional Details: • Full-time onsite position based in Charlotte, NC • Travel up to 25-40% depending on business needs and projects • Competitive compensation package including bonus opportunity and strong benefit
