Florida Licensed Senior Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Counsel (Remote) to provide legal advice and representation in various legal matters. Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on business transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents including contracts and pleadings Represent the organization in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school At least 5-10 years of legal experience, with prior in-house experience preferred Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar or eligibility for in-house counsel registration Experience in nonprofit governance, privacy, litigation, or public records is desirable Demonstrated success in relevant job functions or projects can substitute for formal experience or education requirements
