Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Take food and drink orders accurately - Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy - Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries - Handle payments and operate the POS system efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service - Upsell additional products when appropriate Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment - Basic math skills for handling payments accurately - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Ability to build rapport with guests and provide exceptional guest relations Join our team and be part of an exciting dining experience where your skills as a Server will be valued.
