JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Obstetrician-Gynecologist (OB/GYN)• Job Type: Permanent (Full-Time)• Location: Mountain Home, AR• Service Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient Obstetrics and Gynecology• Clinical Shift Schedule: Standard clinic hours• On-Call Shift Schedule: 8 weekdays per month & only 4 weekends per year• Call Ratio: 1:3 call rotationFACILITY INFORMATION• Onsite Equipment:- 3 Ultrasound Machines- Non-Stress Test (NST)- Colposcope• OB Department:- 650-700 deliveries/year- Level 2 Nursery with support from 3 Pediatricians- 2 OB/GYN physicians on staff- 24/7 Anesthesia Coverage• Surgical Technology: Da Vinci XI and Da Vinci 5 robotic systemsPRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE• Hospital Privileges Required: YesCOMPENSATION & BENEFITS• Competitive base salary ($400,000+) plus production bonus opportunity• Commencement bonus ($75,000)• Relocation: Assistance provided• Education Stipend: Available, if applicable• Loan Repayment:- Eligible for Arkansas Community Match Rural Practice Incentive (if eligible)- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)• Insurance:- Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance- Professional Liability Insurance• Retirement Plan: Included• Paid Time Off:- 27 Days PTO- 5 Days CME- CME Allowance includedJOB REQUIREMENTS• Licenses: Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain)• Certifications: Board Certified/Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology• Experience: Open to experienced physicians and new graduates• Other Qualifications:- Strong teamwork and patient-centered care approach- Competency in routine and high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery, and proceduresDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services in a hospital-affiliated clinic• Conduct prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, and surgeries• Participate in 1:3 shared hospital call• Collaborate with pediatricians, anesthesia, and hospital staff for safe, coordinated care• Utilize advanced technology including robotic-assisted surgery
