Since launching operations in 2020 with just six trucks, They've expanded aggressively to become a key player in the transportation industry.Position OverviewThe Operations Manager will lead end-to-end transportation operations, including dispatch planning, carrier and customer management, and daily execution performance in a fast-paced port environment. This role requires hands-on operational leadership and strong problem-solving capabilities.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day drayage and intermodal operations (LA/LB market)Manage customer accounts and third-party carriersDevelop and execute dispatch plans to optimize fleet utilizationMonitor KPIs such as on-time performance and asset productivitySupervise operations/dispatch team and support continuous improvement initiativesEnsure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (DOT, FMCSA, etc.)Requirements5–8+ years of experience in logistics, trucking, or drayage operations2+ years in a supervisory or management rolesHands-on experience in LA/LB port drayage or intermodal operations (required)Strong experience with dispatching, driver management, and daily operationsBilingual proficiency in Korean and English (required)BenefitsMedical Insurance (Health, Dental & Vision)401(k)PTOIncentives
