Roles and Responsibilities:Manage and update social media profiles by regularly posting, actively engaging and monitoring content and interactionsCollaborate with vendors on website maintenance, public relations, branding, and production of marketing materialsAssist with the development and implementation of effective marketing campaigns, programs, and marketing materials that align with corporate objectivesProduce compelling and creative marketing content tailored to diverse audiences and business segmentsSupport the sales and business development teams in preparing and responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) in a multi-state capacityCoordinate, facilitate and attend client events, trade shows, "Lunch and Learn" sessions, customer appreciation, and other client-focused activitiesCoordinate and facilitate marketing events, press activities, and communication timelines, including scheduling, materials preparation, and logistical supportAssist in managing media relations, including writing and editing press releases, external communications, and other related materialsEnsure branding consistency across all channels and that all marketing and sales materials adhere to established corporate communication standardsAssist with media relations, including editing external communications, press releases, and marketing materialsImplement, administer and manage customer relationship manager (CRM) sales software such as FreshSalesCreate and maintain bi-weekly sales, opportunity and pipeline reportsAssist in the preparation of the annual sales and marketing business plan, budget and monthly expense trackingConduct reconciliation, reporting and analysis of sales, marketing performance and client satisfaction dataSupport the development, implementation and administration of the sales-to-operations transition process and initial job setup proceduresAssist with developing, implementing and managing client business review and customer satisfaction processesDesign and produce presentation materials, display boards, and handouts for internal and external use Conduct comprehensive market research and analyze industry trends to inform and support marketing strategies and initiativesManage and update contact databases, overseeing targeted direct mail campaignsAdditional projects and team support as needed Education, Experience and Skills Required:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferredPrior experience selling landscaping services requiredMinimum two (2) years of experience in a Sales & Marketing roleExperience in a service-related industry (construction, HVAC, facilities management) preferredExperience with customer relationship manager (CRM) sales software preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional professional writing, editing and proofreading skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and apply sound business judgmentHighly proficient in Microsoft Office365 products (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word) Physical Demand Requirements:Prolonged periods of walking and standing, sitting at a desk and working on a computerLifting up to 15 pounds at times Travel Requirements:Travel as required- likely 10%Valid driver’s license required
