Travel & Schedule* Travel across Midwest (MO, KS, IA, NE, OK, AR, MN, IN, OH, etc.)
* Projects range from 6-8 weeks to long-term assignments
* Typical schedule may include weekend work (Fri-Mon)
* Days off may fall mid-week (Tue/Wed/Thu)
* Hotel + per diem provided for travel

We're building a brand-new team from the ground up and looking for motivated Low Voltage Technicians and Working Leads ready to grow with us.
If you're experienced, reliable, and open to travel — this is a long-term opportunity with steady work and strong earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing* Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot:
* * CAT6 & Fiber Optic Cabling
* Network Switches & Access Points
* CCTV, Security & Access Control Systems* Run cable, install conduit, and support infrastructure builds
* Work in industrial environments (warehouses, plants, etc.)
* Read blueprints and complete system testing & closeoutsWhat We're Looking For* Experience in low voltage / structured cabling
* Strong knowledge of CAT6, fiber, terminations, MDFs
* Ability to work independently or on a team
* Comfortable working at heights (lifts up to 40+ ft)
* Willing to travel regularly (road warrior mindset)
* Must have tools, PPE, and reliable transportationBONUS SKILLS (HIGHLY DESIRED)* Conduit experience (EMT, Rigid, Stainless, Aluminum)
* Experience in industrial or heavy commercial environments
* Certifications (BICSI, OSHA, etc.)
* Ability to lead crews and run jobsTeam Structure* Crews typically 2-6 technicians per site
* Working Lead oversees team and project execution
* Some experienced techs may work independentlyWhat You Get* $25-$32/hour based on experience
