You will create a positive working environment while enhancing client satisfaction and cultivating the potential in your team members.Your key responsibilities will include:Leading major projects and ensuring their successful execution.Developing and refining processes to enhance efficiency.Maintaining exceptional standards of operational excellence.Engaging with clients at a senior level to confirm project success.Building trust with diverse teams and stakeholders through open communication.Guiding teams to creatively solve complex problems.Applying specialized technical knowledge and industry insights.Achieving results by leveraging PwC's broad service offerings.What You Need to Succeed:Bachelor's Degree.A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.What Will Make You Stand Out:A professional credential such as CPA, State Bar Member, Enrolled Agent, or a Master's degree in Engineering is preferred.Basic knowledge of accounting principles, especially in tax accounting.Familiarity with engineering or sustainability projects.Understanding recent regulations like the Inflation Reduction Act and CHIPs Act of 2022.Knowledge of fixed asset tax depreciation methods.Able to differentiate between personal and real property.Project management skills with the ability to communicate effectively.Experience in building and utilizing networks of client relationships.We encourage all qualified applicants to apply and join our dynamic team at PwC, where we value diversity and inclusivity.Salary range for this position is $150,000 - $438,000, depending on skills, experience, and location.
