EDI Analyst / EDI Developer

Inspiration Global is seeking a skilled EDI Analyst / EDI Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise B2B/EDI integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), along with strong expertise in EDI transaction processing and trading partner integrations.Location: Remote / Nearshore / OffshoreKey ResponsibilitiesEDI Development & IntegrationDesign and develop inbound/outbound EDI integrationsBuild and maintain canonical mappings and partner-specific mapsSupport EDI transactions such as 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, 944, 945, 204, 210, 214, 310Integrate EDI systems with platforms like JD Edwards (E1), Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)Trading Partner ManagementOnboard and configure trading partnersManage AS2, SFTP, and secure data exchangesSupport testing, certification, and production deploymentHandle partner updates, enhancements, and decommissioningProduction Support & MonitoringMonitor EDI transactions and integration flowsTroubleshoot mapping issues, failures, and data discrepanciesProvide L1/L2 support and incident resolutionParticipate in on-call support when requiredPlatform AdministrationManage Sterling B2B Integrator & OIC environmentsSupport upgrades, patches, and configuration changesMaintain certificates, keys, and system logsEnsure security and compliance standardsArchitecture & Continuous ImprovementDefine integration standards and reusable patternsSupport cloud integration and modernization initiativesDocument designs, workflows, and best practicesImprove system performance, scalability, and reliabilityCollaboration & Stakeholder EngagementGather and translate business requirements into technical solutionsParticipate in project planning and Agile deliveryWork closely with business teams, IT teams, and external partnersCommunicate risks, dependencies, and integration impactsRequired Skills & Experience 5-8+ years of experience in EDI / B2B IntegrationStrong hands-on experience with:IBM Sterling B2B IntegratorOracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)Experience with EDI standards and transaction setsKnowledge of AS2, SFTP, and secure integration protocolsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsNice to HaveExperience with JD Edwards (E1) or Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)Exposure to retail or logistics workflowsExperience in cloud-based integration and modernizationWhy Join Inspiration Global?At Inspiration Global, we deliver innovative integration and digital transformation solutions.
