Electrical Project Manager

IES Commercial, Inc. – dba IES Electrical, is seeking an Electrical Project Manager in the Norfolk, Nebraska area. Partial remote/hybrid. Candidates living in Lincoln, Omaha, Sioux City, Sioux Falls areas encouraged to apply.Job SummarySupervision of total construction effort to ensure project(s) constructed per design, budget and on-schedule Plan, coordinate and supervise onsite functions including scheduling, material control, and support staffProvide direction to craft workers and/or contractor/sub-contractor workers as requiredProvide technical assistance, i.e., interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, etc.Complete documentation for extra work and ensure issuance of change ordersManage productivity of craft workers and efficient use of materials & equipment, and overall contractual performance of the project.QualificationsValid State of Nebraska Electrical Journeyman License5 years project management experience in industrial/commercial electrical constructionExperience supervising craft workersKnowledge of electrical construction methods including related technologies and equipment, contracts, NEC requirements, and related material planning, scheduling, and safety requirementsProficient computer skills, experience utilizing MS Office (EXCEL/WORD)Valid motor vehicle operator’s licenseSuccessfully pass pre-employment (post offer) drug test, background check and MVR check.
