Production Assembler
Summary
A production assembler is responsible for preparing items for distribution. The requirements for a production worker involve assembling and checking products, ensuring all machinery runs smoothly, and assisting in the packaging and shipment of items.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Use tools to make or repair parts and products.
This position is simple, and the task are repetitive and follows existing task and procedures.
Responsible for meeting the standard of quality and quantities.
Follows detailed instructions and reports any issue to manager.
Work with other members of the line or group to assemble products.
Keep a clean and tidy workspace.
Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry.
Identify any defective items and handle them according to established procedures.
Ability to use reason to solve problems as they arise.
Other duties may be assigned by Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications
Must be able to sit or stand the entire shift.
The ability to learn skills and equipment via training.
Must be able to work an 8–10-hour shift using repetitive motions, lifting product up to 50 pounds without assistance
Be able to lift and move 45-50 lbs. intermittently
Soldering experience HIGHLY sought after.
