Senior Information Technology Project Manager
CTH - USC or GC onlyNo vendorsTechnical Project Manager who thrives in building structure where little exists, learns systems deeply, and partners closely with technical teams to deliver scalable, well‑coordinated solutions. This role is ideal for someone who goes beyond tracking timelines—someone who wants to understand how systems work and why decisions are made.Initially, this role will focus heavily on infrastructure and cloud-related initiatives, including Informatica migrations to the cloud and implementations of enterprise monitoring tools. Over time, the role will expand to support and coordinate work across application development, testing, and other technology teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn complex technical projects end to end, from loosely defined ideas through execution, delivery, and stabilizationPartner closely with infrastructure, applications, QA/testing, data, and vendors to improve coordination and execution across teamsBring organization and clarity to environments with multiple moving parts and competing prioritiesActively learn and understand the technical architecture, tools, and platforms being implemented (not just manage the schedule)Drive planning, dependency mapping, risk management, and communication for cross‑functional initiativesLead current initiatives including:Informatica migrations to cloud environmentsImplementation and rollout of monitoring and observability softwareIdentify gaps in process, documentation, and ownership—and help build repeatable frameworks that scaleTranslate technical concepts into actionable plans for both technical and non‑technical stakeholdersMaintain project artifacts such as roadmaps, RAID logs, timelines, and status reports—but adapt them to fit the work, not the other way aroundSupport governance, change management, and compliance expectations where applicableRequired QualificationsExperience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role supporting infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology initiativesStrong curiosity and willingness to learn software platforms, tools, and technical workflowsProven ability to bring structure to ambiguous or underorganized environmentsExperience coordinating work across multiple technical teams (infrastructure, applications, testing, vendors, etc.)Strong communication skills with the ability to balance detail and clarity for different audiencesComfortable managing projects where requirements evolve and documentation is incompleteExperience with cloud migrations or hybrid infrastructure environmentsExposure to monitoring, observability, or infrastructure management toolsPreferred / Nice to HaveFamiliarity with Informatica (or similar ETL/data integration tools)Experience working in lean or stretched PMO environmentsBackground in regulated or mission‑driven organizations
