Job TitleJob DescriptionEducationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)Work Experiences10+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in IT or technology environments.Strong understanding of IT financials, vendor contracts, and project accounting.Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP tools).Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.SkillsIT Financial Planning & Analysis Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for IT operations and projects.Vendor Financial Management Ability to manage vendor contracts, track spend, and support cost optimization strategies.Project Portfolio Financial Oversight Experience in tracking CapEx/OpEx across IT PMO and EPMO initiatives.ERP & Financial Systems Proficiency Skilled in tools like SAP, Oracle, or Workday, and advanced Excel.Strategic Financial Advisory Strong analytical skills to support executive decision-making and business case development.Cross-Functional Collaboration Proven ability to partner with IT, Finance, Procurement, and PMO teams.Compliance & Governance Knowledge of financial controls, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.ResponsibilitiesLead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for IT Shared Services.Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and investment decisions.Monitor actuals vs. budget and provide variance analysis with actionable insights.Partner with Vendor Management to track and optimize vendor spend.Ensure compliance with contract terms, SLAs, and financial obligations.Support vendor negotiations with financial analysis and cost-benefit assessments.Collaborate with IT PMO and EPMO to manage financials across the project portfolio.Track capital and operational expenditures for IT initiatives.Provide financial governance and reporting for major programs and projects.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for IT leadership.Ensure adherence to internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.Support internal and external audits related to IT financials.Advise the VP of IT Shared Services on the financial implications of strategic initiatives.Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.Drive financial transparency and accountability across IT functions.Duties may change; Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.Physical Requirements & AttendanceAcceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job dutiesAdhere to company work hours, policies, procedures, and rules governing professional staff behaviorRegular in-office attendance is required.Equal Employment OpportunityAcademy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate with regard to employment opportunities or practices on the basis of race, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other category protected by law.
