Join our team and play a key role in driving people strategies that support operational excellence across our distribution network.About Your Role:As a Director, HR Business Partner supporting Supply Chain at Dollar Tree, you will serve as the primary HR leader for an assigned region of distribution centers. You will partner closely with regional operations leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring strong execution across talent, engagement, and workforce performance.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance strategic partnership with day-to-day HR execution, supporting a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.Your day-to-day responsibilities include:Regional Partnership & Business SupportServe as the lead HR partner for regional Supply Chain leadership across multiple distribution centersTranslate business needs into actionable HR solutions that drive performance, productivity, and retentionProvide guidance on workforce planning, staffing, and organizational needs across the regionTalent & Workforce Management Lead talent planning, succession, and development efforts for regional leadership teamsPartner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies for both hourly and leadership rolesCoach leaders on performance management, development, and team effectivenessEmployee Relations & Engagement Lead and support employee relations matters, ensuring consistent and fair application of company policiesPartner with Corporate Employee Relations and field leadership on investigations and issue resolutionDrive engagement initiatives and retention strategies across the regionOperational Execution & HR Delivery Ensure consistent execution of HR programs, policies, and processes across all assigned locationsPartner with Centers of Excellence (Total Rewards, TA, L&D) to deliver effective HR solutionsUse data and insights to identify trends and drive continuous improvementLeadership & Team Support Lead and develop a team of HR Managers and/or HR Business Partners supporting distribution centersBuild HR capability within the region to support a complex, high-volume workforceServe as a key escalation point for HR-related matters within the regionMinimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required10+ years of progressive HR experience, including support of operations (supply chain, distribution, manufacturing, or retail)Experience supporting multi-site, high-volume environments with a strong employee relations componentProven ability to influence and coach operational leaders at the Director level and belowExperience leading and managing remote teams in a field-based environmentStrong working knowledge of federal employment laws including CA and WA state lawsAbility to travel 50%Reside in mid-west or west coast to travel to responsible distribution centersPreferred Experience: Bilingual English-SpanishWorkdayLegion time keeping systemStart Rate = $150,000-$190,000 based on experience plus 25% bonus and equity.The company offers Health, Dental, & Vision, a flexible spending account, life and disability insurance benefits, a 401k plan, PTO, paid holidays annually, and an employee stock purchase plan.Our success is a team effort - When we reach our goals, you'll be eligible for a yearly bonus!Your Perks and Benefits:We offer a wide variety of rewards to support your health, wealth, and mental well-being.
