The firm is also deeply committed to community involvement, donating tens of thousands of dollars annually to local initiatives.Job DescriptionAs Estimator, you will play a key role in the full pre-construction lifecycle, supporting projects ranging from $5M to $20M across commercial, mixed-use, institutional, and select high-end residential work.Key responsibilities include:Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents to understand project scopeDeveloping detailed quantity take-offs, labor calculations, and full project budgetsPreparing accurate, competitive estimates aligned with schedule and client expectationsSoliciting, leveling, and de-scoping subcontractor and vendor bidsCoordinating with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and trade partnersParticipating in site visits and walkthroughs as requiredEnsuring bid packages are complete and ready for submissionTracking and clearly communicating scope and budget variancesMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
