Primary Care Physician South Central VermontCOMPENSATION: $250,000 Base + RVUPotential up to $400,000 + Outstanding benefitsThis southern Vermont practice uniquely provides the community with access to Primary Care, Behavioral Health and Care Management services for the whole family. Primary Care services include on-site Behavioral Health providers, Social Workers, and Care Management, along with preventive programs like diabetes management and education.
