Diverse candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.Position Summary:The Sales Representative will focus on the growth of Rhinegeist in Southwest Ohio and the surrounding areas, the creation of incredible relationships within our current market and building awareness of the Rhinegeist brand in areas currently not served.Essential Functions:Develop and execute a business plan to grow the Cincinnati marketBuild & execute weekly, monthly and quarterly plans to achieve annual market goalsDevelop and maintain strategic relationships with key retailers and distributor personnelRepresent Rhinegeist at festivals, dinners, tastings and eventsManage Point of Sale (POS) & execute marketing strategy throughout the territorySell in and conduct training programs with retailers, restaurateurs and consumers on the Rhinegeist portfolioConduct and/or attend sales meetings, educate sales personnel on Rhinegeist brands, and ride with sales personnelExecute quarterly sales and performance metricsPossess strong communication and presentation skillsBe energetic, organized and a motivated problem solver who can focus and achieve quarterly objectivesDeep knowledge of the local craft geography and cultureRequirements/Physical Requirements:Please consider applying even if you do not match all the listed qualifications.
