Join the Ford Family where we value service to each other and the world as much as to our customers!Benefits:Flat Pay RateHealth, Medical and Dental401K PlanPaid time off and vacationGrowth opportunitiesEmployee vehicle purchase plansFamily owned and operatedLong term job securityFlexible Work Schedule (No Sundays)Paid TrainingResponsibilities:Under supervision, performs a variety of installation-related duties, including routine work, troubleshooting, modification, and repair work in the assigned area.Duties will include working with wheels, leather interior packages, lift kits, led lighting, radios, spray in bedliners, and much more.Assures installation work is performed at the rate and specifications required by the customer and agreed upon by the company, on a daily basis.Works efficiently by the establishment and ongoing improvement of performance standards.Knows and understands technical information and specifications of the proper installation of all products.Organizes work so all installations are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.Pays close attention to detail, works to achieve error-free performance.Utilizes proper techniques in the use of all tools, equipment, etc.Practices preventative maintenance of equipment ensuring lower cost of repair and replacement.Communicate issues/items of importance to appropriate management personnel.Responsible for other duties as assigned.Requirements:Must have at least 3 years as an automotive accessories technicianMust have your own set of tools. Tool purchase program availableMaintain a professional attitude with attention to personal appearance.Knowledge of product accessories and servicesPay close attention to cleanliness and orderliness of assigned work area.Aware of, and follow, all safety standards and requirements.Ability to think critically and find solutions.Capable of standing, lifting, and handling equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.Prior experience with vehicle accessories and installationCustomer Service focusFamiliar with aftermarket vehicle accessories
