Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager
Job DescriptionThe Kamson Corporation, a prominent Northern New Jersey Property Management Company, located in Englewood Cliffs, NJ, is seeking a professional, dependable and dedicated Accounts Receivable Assistant Manager whose primary focus is to support the Accounts receivable Manager in executing the goals and objectives of the Department and the Company. Must be able to commute to North Jersey headquarters.RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in managing the workflow of the Department’s day-to-day operations Work closely with the Management on various issues as needed Collaborate with Site Offices and Operations Department to ensure prompt and accurate billing and collections for all residential and commercial properties under the management of the Kamson Corporation Must be flexible and be able to prioritize and handle a heavy volume of workflow Professionally interact with residents and other Staff Closely monitor, review and trouble shoot Staff workflow Assist in making sure that the workload of Staff members on temporary vacation absence or sick leave is fully covered. Perform various account reconciliations and preparation of departmental reports in a timely and accurate manner Perform other accounting duties and special projects as neededQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Working knowledge of MRI / Yardi real estate software a plus Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable Skilled in MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook Excellent, strong customer service and communication skills Great organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines Multi-tasker who can prioritize appropriately Demonstrated ability to lead and work as part of a team Problem-solver with a willingness to adapt to change Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to deliver high-quality workWe offer a competitive salary, pleasant working conditions and a Benefits Package which includes Medical, Dental, Flexible Spending, 401(k), Disability and Life Insurance Program, Paid Time-Off and Paid Holidays.
