Seasonal Building MaintenanceJob Responsibilities include:Perform routine, repetitive daily inspection and maintenance necessary to building exterior/interiorAssist in minor building repairsDo garden/yard upkeep by mowing lawn, collecting trash etc.Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbsReport to a maintenance manager all issuesPerform general grounds keeping on a daily basis; inspect outside area, insure all areas are kept clean and in a safe conditionPrepares and paints walls and general custodial duties as requiredOther house keeping and maintenance projects as assignedRequirements and skillsVery good communication and interpersonal skillsPhysical stamina and dexterityMust be able to lift up to 50 poundsWork involves frequent periods of standing and walking, which may include climbing laddersWork involves stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting/turning and reaching; bending at the waist. Indoor/ out-door work environment with exposure to weather extremesHigh school diploma or equivalent
