This full-time role offers the opportunity to work on airport and aviation-related infrastructure projects while developing technical skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership potential, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning, design, and construction of aviation-related civil infrastructure projects, including airport pavements and utility systemsPerform technical design tasks, report writing, cost estimating, and quantity takeoffsParticipate in field investigations, construction observation, and materials testingAssist with the preparation of project documentation and technical deliverablesAttend client meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple CMT officesTravel to project sites as requiredWork in a fast-paced learning environment while expanding technical and professional skill setsWork toward Professional Engineer (PE) licensure, as applicable by stateRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringEngineer Intern (EI) certification, or progress toward passing the FE examStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple assignments and adapt quickly in a learning-focused environmentInitiative, professionalism, and the ability to work with diverse teams and clientsValid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordPreferred SkillsInternship or prior engineering experience (aviation or airfield project experience a plus, but not required)Experience with CAD software; familiarity with additional design or analysis tools is a plusStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsWillingness to learn new technical skills and broaden areas of expertisePhysical & Work EnvironmentOffice-based role with occasional field work.
